I’ve just been asked how someone can tell if their exercising is healthy or not:
- You don’t NEED to work out for any more than 30 minutes 5 times a week. That’s 2.5 hours in a week. Apparently just 15 minutes activity a day is enough to lower the risks of various health problems….
